There is a 4-acre sand bowl, along with a mud bog play area. New trails are being added with plans for continued expansion.

Dyracuse has something to offer for everyoneā€™s riding ability. It doesnā€™t matter if you have a motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or three-wheeler. Enjoy a scenic ride on the trails, and go fast on one of the tracks. Challenge yourself and your equipment on the challenge course, see how far you can make it in the mud play area, and spin donuts in the sand bowl.

There is a shelter house, picnic tables, grills, a childrenā€™s play ground, and restrooms. The park is available for private rental on days when it is not open.

The Rapid Angels Motorcycle Club also owns a portion of the park and hosts several annual competitions including a GrandPrix, Motocross and Hill Climb events, and a Harescramble. Along with Youth Learn to Ride events.

Rapids Angels

On March 4, 1979, the Rapid Angels Club discussed the possibility of a Motorcycle Recreation Program (MRP) funded park for the land adjacent to their own twenty acres in the Town of Rome. A committee from the Rapid Angels met with the Town of Rome officials and after several meetings, the proposal was approved and the Town of Rome became the first in Wisconsin to develop a motorcycle area with funding from the MRP. The Dyracuse Recreational Area is operated by the Town of Rome in cooperation with the Rapid Angels Motorcycle Club. The park is named after Dyracuse Mound, a prominent landmark in Adams County, where it is located. The area abound with recreational opportunities with numerous lakes and forest surrounding the park. Camping, lodging, food, and gas are readily available.

Monroe Prairie ATV Club

The Monroe Prairie ATV Club was established in 1989 to promote fun and safe ATV/UTV riding as well as provide instruction and information so that all riders will respect our trail systems and all others who use the trails.  It is also the clubā€™s goal to help promote economic development in Adams County for riders to enjoy the beautiful scenery and local businesses, as The Monroe Recreation Area Trail system is a premiere riding experience in the Central Wisconsin area.  The trail system represents 500 miles of road routes and 22 miles of road trails for various local businesses.

The club is responsible for maintaining the trail system, which includes the development of trail maps; trimming grass, brush, and trees; tree removal; placing of trail signs; and grooming the trail bed. They offer an ATV/UTV safety course, in both the Spring and Fall of each year, to teach safety and certified ATV/UTV riders that were born after January 1,1988.
